About The Role
Caspar Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a talented and driven Power BI Developer to join our Analytics & Data Science team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining impactful business intelligence solutions that transform complex data into meaningful insights and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Power BI Solution Development
- Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models aligned with business requirements
- Build efficient and reusable data models using dimensional modeling principles (Star Schema)




- Develop and optimize DAX measures to support analytical and reporting requirements

Data Preparation & Integration
- Transform, clean, and prepare datasets using Power Query (M)
- Collaborate with data engineering and upstream teams to ensure structured and reliable data sources
- Write and validate SQL queries for data extraction and profiling

Performance, Security & Governance
- Optimize datasets and DAX calculations for performance and scalability
- Implement and maintain Row-Level Security (RLS) to ensure appropriate data access
- Support deployment and lifecycle management within Power BI Service environments
- Follow established governance, security, and reporting standards

Business Partnership & Enablement
- Translate business requirements into meaningful KPIs and analytical outputs
- Partner with stakeholders to build intuitive and impactful dashboards
- Document metrics, assumptions, and data definitions for consistency and self-service
