Deloitte USI Consulting Services is looking for experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Technical Consultants with proven hands-on expertise in at least one full ERP implementation project.

Summary

As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O;) Technical practitioner at Deloitte USI Consulting Services, you will design, build, and deploy enterprise-scale D365 F&O; technical solutions spanning across custom development, integrations, data migrations, and reporting collaborating with cross-functional and global teams to translate client functional and technical requirements into robust, scalable, and high-quality deliverables. You will independently manage your technical workstream responsibilities while guiding and mentoring junior team members, bringing structure and expertise to every stage of the engagement. Your role spans the full project lifecyclefrom estimation and planning through build, testing, cutover,



and post go-live support ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions that meet client needs and project delivery standards.

Work you'll do

You will lead technical integrations, reports, data migrations, and system extensions analyzing client needs and designing, building, configuring, testing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations solutions. You will manage activities across the full engagement, from requirements gathering through post go-live support, overseeing testing, deployment, and status reporting while establishing best practices that drive quality and reuse. You will proactively collaborate with project teammates, contribute cutting-edge solutions, debug and troubleshooting technical issues, and manage client and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.

6+ years of consulting or relevant industry experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations(F&O;) technical roles.
