Configure and customize RSA Archer applications (Solutions, Questionnaires, Workflows). Develop advanced workflows, calculated fields, data feeds, and reports. Customize modules such as:
Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
IT Risk Management (ITRM)
Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
Regulatory & Compliance Management.
Implement custom objects, access controls, and data integrations.
Develop and manage data feeds (import/export) using APIs, REST/SOAP services, and file-based integrations. Integrate RSA Archer with external systems (e.g., ServiceNow, SAP, databases). Automate recurring processes using Archer job engine and event-based workflows.
Provide ongoing support for Archer platform issues.

Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization. Handle platform upgrades, patching, and migration activities.




Design and develop dashboards, reports, and metrics. Build advanced reporting using Archer’s reporting engine. Provide insights into risk posture and compliance status.
Solid experience with RSA Archer eGRC Platform.Hands-on with:
