We’re Hiring: GRC Team Lead – Information Security & Data Privacy

We are looking for a hands-on GRC leader to lead ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and DPDPA 2023 programmes, drive audit readiness, manage information security risks, and lead privacy and compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Lead ISO/IEC 27001:2022 ISMS implementation and governance
Conduct gap assessments, internal audits and certification-readiness activities
Manage Annex A controls mapping and Statement of Applicability (SoA)
Own risk assessments, risk treatment plans and risk registers
Drive NCR/CAPA closure and external audit coordination
Lead DPDPA 2023 implementation, DPIAs and RoPA
Support GDPR, SOC 2 and PCI DSS compliance initiatives
Develop and govern security & privacy policies and procedures
Lead, mentor and manage the GRC team
Engage with clients, auditors, senior stakeholders and certification bodies
Prepare executive-level security, risk and compliance reports

Preferred

SOC 2 | PCI DSS v4.0 | GDPR | QSA Coordination | CISM | CISSP | CRISC | CISA | IAPP CIPM/CIPP | Third-Party Risk Management

Preferred Certifications: ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Lead Implementer, Lead Auditor and relevant DPDPA/Data Privacy certifications from PECB, BSI or equivalent accredited bodies.
