Hiring: HR Generalist – Power Plant

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with solid hands-on experience in Power Plant / Industrial / Manufacturing settings and proven capability of independently handling a large workforce.

Location: Mundra, Gujrat

Experience: 4–7 Years

Industry Experience: Power Plant/ Heavy Industry – Mandatory

Workforce Handling: Must have experience handling at least 400+ employees

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR / MSW / relevant HR qualification

Salary: 4.50lpa -5.40lpa

Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities
Independently manage end-to-end HR operations for a workforce of 400+ employees.
Must have prior experience working in a Power Plant / Thermal Power Plant / Industrial Plant environment.
Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and workforce engagement.
Manage attendance, leave, shift schedules and payroll inputs.
Coordinate recruitment, manpower planning, onboarding, induction and exit formalities.
Handle contract/temporary workforce and coordinate with contractors, wherever applicable.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Maintain employee records, HRMIS and workforce-related documentation.




Coordinate with plant management, department heads and employees for smooth HR operations.
Conduct employee engagement activities, training coordination and HR communication.
Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
Handle HR audits, inspections and statutory documentation.
Prepare and maintain HR MIS, manpower reports, attendance reports and other management reports.
Support implementation of HR policies, procedures and best practices at the plant.

Candidate Profile:-

The ideal candidate should have 4–7 years of HR Generalist experience, with mandatory Power Plant/Industrial experience and a proven track record of independently managing 400+ employees/workforce.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
