Hindi Faculty Roles & Responsibilities

Chennais Amirta International Aviation College.
Conduct Hindi classes as per the prescribed curriculum and academic schedule.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments and assessments.
Develop students Hindi speaking, reading, writing and comprehension skills.
Provide aviation-oriented Hindi communication training, including passenger handling, airport interactions and customer service.
Conduct role plays, group discussions, presentations and other practical communication activities.
Support students in interview preparation, professional communication and placement readiness.
Monitor attendance, academic performance and student discipline.
Provide additional support to academically weak students.
Organise Hindi Diwas, language competitions and cultural activities.
Maintain attendance, marks, lesson plans and other academic records.
Participate in faculty meetings, examinations, college events and institutional activities.




Coordinate with the HOD/Principal and placement team for academic and student-development initiatives.
Ensure timely syllabus completion and compliance with institutional policies.

Preferred Candidate Profile Hindi Faculty
Qualification: MA in Hindi / Hindi Literature; B.Ed. preferred.
Experience: 25 years of teaching experience, preferably in a college or higher-education institution.
Robust command of Hindi language, grammar, literature and communication skills.
Ability to teach Hindi effectively to students from diverse language backgrounds.
Valuable classroom management, presentation and student-engagement skills.
Proficiency in preparing lesson plans, assessments and academic records.
Industry/aviation-college teaching exposure will be an added advantage.
Passionate, disciplined and student-focused with a skilled approach.
