Position: Recruiter Intern (Remote)

Duration: 3–6 Months

Shift Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews with candidates.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Share job details and provide proper guidance to candidates.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.




Maintain recruitment reports and records.

Eligibility Criteria
BBA / B.Com / MBA candidates can apply.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid interest in HR and Recruitment.
Laptop/Desktop with a reliable internet connection is mandatory.

Performance-Based Stipend
0–4 Joinings: No Stipend
5–8 Joinings: ₹3,000
9–12 Joinings: ₹5,000
13–15 Joinings: ₹7,500
16+ Joinings: ₹10,000

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
