Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Head Office and Site positions.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and local hiring.
Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate interviews with management/site teams.
Handle candidate follow-ups, salary negotiation, and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers and daily hiring reports.
Coordinate with site HR/management for manpower requirements.
Maintain a ready candidate pipeline for urgent site requirements.
Ensure timely joining and proper documentation of selected candidates.

Required Skills: Valuable communication, sourcing, interviewing, coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills. Experience: 1–3 years in HR Recruitment preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
