Position: Hostel Warden

Preferred Candidate: Retired Armed Forces Personnel

Location: SDDGPI Campus, Golpura, Barwala, Panchkula, Haryana

Job Responsibilities
Overall supervision and discipline of hostel residents.
Ensure proper implementation of hostel rules, timings and code of conduct.
Monitor students’ entry and exit and maintain necessary registers and records.
Conduct regular rounds of hostel premises and ensure safety and security.
Handle student discipline issues and resolve routine concerns promptly.
Coordinate with the HR/Admin Department and management regarding hostel-related matters.
Monitor cleanliness, hygiene and basic facilities in the hostel.
Report any misconduct, security concern, damage or emergency situation to the concerned authority immediately.




Ensure students follow hostel gate timings and other institutional guidelines.
Maintain a secure, disciplined and healthy workplace within the hostel.
Handle emergencies and coordinate with security staff whenever required.

Eligibility & Requirements
Retired Armed Forces personnel preferred, particularly candidates with experience in discipline, security or administration.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per hour
