Role & responsibilities
Conduct regular inspections of indoor and outdoor plants to assess overall health and growth.
Identify plant diseases, pests, nutrient deficiencies, and environmental stress, and recommend appropriate corrective measures.
Develop and implement plant nutrition, irrigation, and integrated pest management (IPM) programs.
Plan and monitor seasonal planting, transplantation, pruning, and plant replacement activities.
Provide technical guidance on plant selection, maintenance practices, and landscape improvement.
Ensure optimal growth conditions through proper soil, fertilizer, and water management.
Maintain records of plant health, treatments, inspections, and maintenance schedules.
Coordinate with maintenance teams and vendors to ensure timely horticultural operations.




Support clients by providing technical advice on plant care and landscape management.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Horticulture.
Fresher 0- 3 years of experience in horticulture, landscape maintenance, or plant health management.
Solid knowledge of ornamental plants, irrigation systems, fertilizers, plant nutrition, and Integrated Pest Management (IPM).
Ability to diagnose plant health issues and recommend practical solutions.
Valuable communication, reporting, and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office for maintaining reports and records.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple site visits
