Job Title: HRO-MIS - Manager or Senior Manager

Location: Bangalore

Candidate Specification& Job Responsibilities Candidate should have 14+ Years of experience in Reporting & Data Analysis

Gather, Analyze and interpret data from various sources to product accurate and timely reports

Continuously improve reporting processes to increase efficiency and quality

Maintain documentation on reporting processes data definitions and standard report

Support ad hoc data requests and special projects as required.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a quick paced environment.

Collaborate with global stakeholders and HRBP’s and provide them with the desired Data/Dashboard/Report





Experience in drafting explicit step guides and Standard Operating

Procedures to streamline and formalize business processes.

Demonstrate a robust understanding of Service Level

Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Consistently meet or exceed SLA requirements for processing reports while maintaining high-quality standards.

Ensure adherence to company policies to maintain Confidentiality

Proactively identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Candidate should be flexible working in any shifts.
