We are looking for professionals with experience in HRO, HR Operations, Learning & Development, Shared Services, or Back-office Operations and strong German language skills.

Required Skills:
German language proficiency is mandatory.
B1/B2 German certification is compulsory.
Valuable written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
Basic understanding of HR processes or Learning & Development operations.
Good working knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Solid attention to detail and coordination skills.
Robust interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, process-driven workplace.
Willingness to work from office in Bangalore.
Exposure to HR systems or learning platforms is an added advantage.
