Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, and other job portals.
Screen resumes based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening calls with candidates.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Assist in onboarding documentation and HR operations.
Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
Ensure a smooth and qualified candidate experience.
