We are hiring Experience Associates (CSR) for an International Call Center handling a US Process.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer service and sales-related calls for international customers.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries effectively.
Pitch products/services and contribute towards achieving sales targets.
Demonstrate solid communication and convincing skills.
Maintain a positive, go-getter attitude towards work.

Eligibility & Requirements
Qualification: HSC Pass or above.
Excellent English communication skills.




Comfortable working in a fixed night shift.
Candidates with 6+ months of International BPO experience are preferred.
Freshers with excellent English communication skills can also apply.
Robust sales and pitching skills will be an advantage.
