Inventory Backend Operations Executive / Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Inventory Backend Operations Executive / Analyst to handle inventory data, MIS reporting, stock reconciliation and process automation.

Key Responsibilities
Manage inventory records, stock reconciliation and inventory tracking.
Analyze stock movement, aging, replenishment and discrepancies.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports & dashboards.
Handle large datasets using Advanced Excel.
Develop VBA Macros to automate repetitive processes.
Write and execute SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Procurement and Warehouse teams.
Identify prospects for process improvement and automation.

Power Query, Dashboards
VBA Macros & Automation
SQL & Database Management
MIS Reporting & Data Analysis
Inventory Management / Stock Reconciliation
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred
Experience in Inventory, MIS, Backend Operations or Supply Chain.
Retail Steel Industry experience preferred.
Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days will be preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Applications or related field.
