Consult with prospective clients regarding overseas jobs, work visas, immigration and international career prospects.
Understand client qualifications, experience, career goals and preferred destination countries.
Explain available immigration and international job assistance programs, processes, timelines and fees.
Conduct follow-ups with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp and email.
Convert qualified leads into enrolled clients and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, onboarding and service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and sales activities in CRM systems.
Stay updated on international job markets, visa processes and immigration-related requirements.




Ensure qualified and transparent communication with clients without making guarantees regarding employment, visa approval or immigration outcomes.
