Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Development Executive / Inside Sales Executive to generate leads, connect with customers, and drive sales through calls and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through calls and online channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Handle follow-ups and convert leads into sales.
Maintain customer records and update CRM.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
1–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, or Business Development.
Excellent English and Hindi communication skills preferred.
Solid convincing and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and confident in customer handling.
Experience in interior, real estate, home improvement, or related industries is an advantage.
