Role: Java Production Support Engineer L2/L3

We are looking for a Java Production Support Engineer with 4+ years of experience in L2/L3 production support for enterprise applications. The candidate should have solid hands-on experience in Core Java 8, SQL, and Unix/Linux, along with incident management, troubleshooting, monitoring, and application support.

Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 production support for Java-based enterprise applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues using Core Java 8, SQL, and Unix/Linux.
Monitor application health, logs, alerts, and system performance.
Perform incident analysis, troubleshooting, RCA, and problem resolution.
Handle Sev1/Sev2 production incidents and ensure timely resolution within SLA.
Execute SQL queries for data validation and issue investigation.
Use Unix/Linux commands for application monitoring, log analysis, and troubleshooting.




Coordinate with development, infrastructure, database, and other support teams for issue resolution.
Participate in application health checks, deployments, and production releases.
Maintain proper incident documentation and support knowledge articles.
