Store Manager would work as a part of the Customer Relationship team and would be the face of the company in front of the clients.
The ideal candidate needs to be confident & comfortable meeting clients and should possess the ability to build a rapport with them through explicit communication and conversation skills.
They should have excellent organizational skills and must be willing to develop current skills needed to maintain and grow business relations with clients as well as have a consultative approach towards dealing with client queries.
Network and expand connections with recent clients.
Should Fluent in English.
Identify the needs of the client and market the available resources at
PACKMAN that can match their requirements.
Communicate critical information collected during conversations with the clients effectively within the organization.
Develop an understanding of various needs to provide consultation to clients.
Keeping constant touch with the clients to ensure long-term association.
