Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Logistics Supervisor to manage day-to-day logistics, dispatch, inventory coordination, and warehouse-related activities. The ideal candidate should have 4–6 years of relevant experience, solid coordination skills, and working knowledge of Tally.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily logistics, dispatch, and delivery operations.
Coordinate with transporters, vendors, warehouse teams, and customers.
Monitor incoming and outgoing materials and ensure timely dispatch.
Maintain proper records of stock, dispatches, invoices, and deliveries.
Prepare and verify logistics-related documentation.
Use Tally for inventory, billing, and related data entry/record management.
Track shipments and coordinate with transporters for timely deliveries.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team.
Resolve delivery, dispatch, and logistics-related issues.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.
Prepare regular logistics and inventory reports for management.




Supervise and coordinate with logistics/warehouse staff.

Eligibility

Educational Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline.
Candidates with additional qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related fields will be preferred.

Experience:
4–6 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse, dispatch, or supply chain operations.
Experience in Tally is mandatory.
Candidates with experience in inventory management and dispatch coordination will be preferred.

Strong knowledge of Logistics & Warehouse Operations
Good working knowledge of Tally
Inventory and stock management
Dispatch and transportation coordination
Positive communication and negotiation skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple activities efficiently
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
