Should have positive knowledge of quality control & quality Assurance, maintaining records of quality testing, material testing, and material sampling.
Monitoring and reporting cost of poor quality & reducing customer end PPM.
To control, calibrate and maintain inspection measuring and testing equipments.
Plan supplier process audit, compile & review the process audit results & approve the process.
Supplier performance report updating, monitoring on monthly basis and communicate to supplier.
Maintaining the record and documents for ISO/TS16949 (IATF 16949:2016), 14001:2015
Preparation of CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) analysis for rejected parts.
Maintaining good relationship with customer.
Maximizing the efficiency through teamwork and creating new innovation by implementing Kaizens.




Issue analysis & action follow up through Daily Quality Review Meeting / Quality Audit Meeting.
Corrective Action Validation and Closure report Generation
Monitoring Quality performance in QA.
Consolidation of QA - Manpower allocation & Training/Development for team members.
Job observation done for assuring 100% Quality system adherence to avoid defect pass to customer.
Supporting production team to analyse the root cause and action plan implementation to maintain in-line quality targets.
Job Observation for all operators to find any abnormality in process.
Supporting production by monitoring defect mapping to find out high frequency defects.
IATF / ISO Auditor Certification with Implementation Knowledge.
Problem Solving Skills
Analysing and finding RCA with permanent actions.
Good knowledge of industry best practice.
Knowing Global Standards related to sheet metal and Welding Process
