Should have comprehensive knowledge of contracts and procurement for construction projects.
Handle procurement activities for Civil, Faade, Mechanical & Structural (MS) works, PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings), External Electrical Works, Structural Steel, Cement, Doors, Windows, and other construction materials.
Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified suppliers and subcontractors.
Float enquiries, analyze quotations, conduct techno-commercial evaluations, and finalize purchase orders/work orders.
Ensure timely procurement of materials and services as per project schedules.
Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, quality, and compliance with contractual obligations.
Coordinate with project, engineering, and planning teams to meet procurement requirements.
