Leading transition process form planning to completion of transition the process, including Stakeholder Management and resources alignment.
Managing and tracking of multiple transitions, transformation and automation projects, including documentation, technical accounting & process improvements.
Managing recent remote transitions and coordinates b/w on-site and remote team on the progress.
Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP/Accounting process
Robust GL, AP, AR process knowledge.
Should have experience in process improvement and transitions.
Hands on with the transition work, process improvements, technical accounting, process restructuring and due diligence
Expert in transition with multiple global clients process transitions done for AR,AP,GL over the years.

Requirements:




Qualified CA mandate with 10 years of PQE (post qualification experience), in audit, accounts, including transition background of Enterprise entities.
Shift- 3:00 pm to 12:00 pm
Work Mode: Hybrid/Remote working anywhere in India.

Mandatory

Quarterly visit to office in Bangalore for a week as per the project requirements, cost to be managed by self.
Good team management and training skills.
Solid GL, AP, AR process knowledge.
