Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of field sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market penetration and increase sales revenue within the assigned territory.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and development.
Set clear sales objectives and KPIs for the team, regularly monitoring performance and providing feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales team, encouraging teamwork, innovation, and career development.
Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales activities with overall business objectives.
Establish and maintain relationships with key accounts and strategic partners to maximize sales opportunities and enhance brand reputation.




Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, industry regulations, and emerging trends to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Lead by example by actively participating in sales activities, customer meetings, and industry events to demonstrate effective sales techniques and build credibility with clients.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and mentorship to support the professional growth and development of the sales team members.

Requirements:
Possess a minimum of 4 years of proven experience in sales within the Edtech, School, or E-learning industry.
Possess a personal laptop for work-related tasks, including presentations, communication, and data management.
Positive written and verbal communication skills.
Must know about B2B Sales.
