:

• Manage the maintenance team to ensure machine availability in each shift. Effectively resolve maintenance issues and manage small improvement projects
Adhere to daily and weekly PM checks to ensure smooth operation of site
Ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out. Track, plan and carry out missed maintenance activities.
Manage the maintenance team to ensure machine availability in each shift.
Optimise equipment to required level of working and quality of output.
Ensure routine calibration of instrumentation.
Manage the introduction of current machinery to full installation in collaboration with all relevant departments.
Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems

Manage contractors on site to ensure that they deliver required services.

Knowledge of Budgetary Control
Prepare the annual Maintenance budget. Manage the budget from identification to completion of projects

Predict Spares requirement, Manage and maintain stock of essential spares

Work as part of the Plant Management team to share ideas and improve operation, recommending, supporting, and implementing continuous improvement activities and process and procedure improvements to optimise results and improve quality of delivery, in line with quality standards requirements delivery in line with Company and Customer requirements
Ensure an effective interface with other departmental staff is maintained
