Roles and Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including Factories Act, MPCB, MOEF, PESO license, etc.
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive safety management system (SMS) that meets industry standards.
Provide training on safety procedures to employees at all levels of the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop policies and procedures for protected working practices.
