L2+ IT Operations & Vulnerability Assessment Engineer

JH Infosec is hiring an L2+ Engineer to support USA-based MSP clients. This is a hands-on role focused on vulnerability management, Microsoft 365 security, backup, and Windows infrastructure not basic desktop support.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct vulnerability assessments, analyze findings, prepare remediation plans, and track closure.
Administer Microsoft 365, MFA, Conditional Access, Intune, and Exchange Online.
Support Hybrid Active Directory, Entra ID Connect, and email migrations.
Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
Monitor Veeam backup jobs, troubleshoot failures, and perform test restores.
Handle L2/L2+ tickets and maintain transparent technical documentation.

Mandatory Skills
Vulnerability assessment and remediation reporting
Microsoft 365 administration
Conditional Access and MFA
Microsoft Intune and Exchange Online
Veeam Backup & Replication
Windows Server and Active Directory
Entra ID/Azure AD and hybrid identity




Basic PowerShell and networking
RMM and ticketing tools
Good written English and client communication

Preferred
Experience: 2 to 4 years
Previous MSP or USA client-support experience
Familiarity with EDR tools and email migrations
Microsoft, Veeam, CompTIA, or security certifications

Work Details
Work Mode: Work from officestartup/SOHO workplace
Shift: Assigned shift within the 2:00 PM2:00 AM window
Employment: Full time, permanent
Transport: No cab facility; candidates must manage their own travel
