Junior Digital Marketing Executive – Google Ads, Meta Ads & SEO

We are looking for a motivated Junior Digital Marketing Executive to join our team on a part time or commission-based freelance basis. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and SEO and be eager to work on real client campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Shopping, etc.)
Create, monitor and optimise Meta Ads campaigns
Perform keyword research, on-page SEO and basic off-page SEO activities
Monitor campaign performance, leads, CPC, CPL, CTR and conversions
Prepare basic performance reports and identify optimisation opportunities
Assist with audience research, competitor analysis and campaign strategy
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform changes

Requirements
1–2 years of practical experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads and SEO




Good understanding of PPC and digital marketing fundamentals
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
Basic knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and conversion tracking is preferred
Good analytical and communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Must be based in Jaipur, Rajasthan
Must have a laptop and reliable internet connection

Compensation Part-Time / Commission-Based — compensation will be discussed based on experience, skills and performance.

Note: This is a remote/WFH opportunity, but candidates must currently be based in Jaipur.
