As a 'Junior HR Associate' at Jack In The Box Communications Private Limited, you're expected to play a crucial role in supporting the HR team in the entire employee life cycle, from onboarding, managing, and development. We are looking for a responsible individual proficient in MS Office, Google Suite (G Suite), and with prior experience (at least 1 year) in handling payroll, employee relations, onboarding, talent management, resume screening, and hands-on experience with MS Excel & Word.

Key responsibilities
Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.
Support the onboarding process for recent hires by preparing necessary documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
Handle employee grievances and manage conflicts.




Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
Support talent management initiatives by identifying training needs and coordinating development programs.
Assist in various HR projects and initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
Single point of contact with all vendors for payroll, PF, mediclaim, etc.

Pay: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year
