Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
Generate leads through tele-calling, WhatsApp and other marketing channels.
Explain company services to prospective clients and handle their queries.
Follow up with leads regularly and convert them into clients.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads and follow-ups.
Coordinate and schedule client meetings.
Achieve monthly lead-generation and conversion targets.
Support the marketing team in online and offline promotional activities.

Skills Required
Valuable tele-calling and communication skills are mandatory.
Valuable Hindi and basic English communication.
Confident and convincing personality.
Positive follow-up and client-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Sales and marketing mindset.
Ability to work with targets.

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Candidates with experience in tele-calling, sales, marketing or business development will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per hour
