Master Data Specialist A global qualified services and consulting organisation is investing significantly in its enterprise data capability and building stronger foundations around Master Data Management, Data Quality and Data Governance .

They are looking for a Master Data Specialist to join the team and help establish trusted, high-quality master data across the organisation.

This is a hands-on role covering:
Master data creation, maintenance, enrichment and hierarchy management
Data quality, cleansing, reconciliation and exception management
Data stewardship and governance
Gathering and documenting business/data requirements
Improving data processes, controls and standards
Supporting CRM, ERP and MDM implementations and migrations
Data profiling, root-cause analysis and operational reporting
Working closely with Finance, HR,



Commercial, Risk, Legal, IT and Data teams

We're particularly interested in candidates with experience across:
Master Data Management / Data Stewardship / Data Quality
Microsoft Purview and Microsoft Fabric
Power BI and advanced Excel
Dynamics 365 and/or Salesforce
ERP/CRM data and migrations
Data hierarchies, reference data and metadata
Data governance frameworks and business rules

This would suit someone who enjoys being hands-on with data , but can also work effectively with business stakeholders to understand problems, improve processes and raise data quality across a complex global organisation.
