Experience:
6 to 9 years of experience in the Legal domain, preferably within the Infrastructure, Construction, Railways, or Road Projects industries.

We have an immediate requirement for a Legal Officer Role Overview: We are seeking a qualified legal skilled with robust experience in handling legal matters related to construction, infrastructure projects, and contract management.

Key Responsibilities
Drafting, reviewing, and vetting of works contracts, ub-contracts, JV agreements, and other project-related agreements
Managing end-to-end contract lifecycle including pre-bid review,



contract finalization,

execution, and closure
Handling Legal matters, claims, disputes, and coordination with external counsel
Verification of land documents, title due diligence, and providing legal opinions for project lands
Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
Liaising with government authorities, clients, contractors, and consultants on legal matters across Pan India.

Additional Requirements
Languages: Mandatory proficiency in Hindi, English, and Telugu
Age: 30 to 35 years preferred
Excellent communication skills
