Role Description

The Mixologist is a full-time, on-site role based at Gola Sizzlers in Current Delhi. The Mixologist will prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, craft signature cocktails, and ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting up and closing the bar, maintaining stock and inventory, following safety and hygiene standards, and keeping the bar area clean and organized.

The role also involves engaging with guests, answering questions about the menu, suggesting beverage pairings, and collaborating with the food and beverage team to support smooth service during peak hours. The Mixologist will participate in training initiatives,



learn new recipes, and help improve the bar menu and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in premium restaurants, bars or hospitality groups
Robust understanding of contemporary and niche global bar trends
Expertise in modern techniques such as clarification, fat-washing, infusions, fermentation and creative garnishing
Proven experience in developing signature cocktail menus and seasonal beverage concepts
Strong knowledge of spirits, flavour profiling, premium ingredients and cocktail presentation
Ability to standardise recipes, manage beverage costs and maintain consistency across outlets
Experience in training bar teams and implementing effective operational systems
A balance of creativity, commercial awareness and attention to detail
