Role & responsibilities
Oversee the allocation and scheduling of resources, including dry dock, fit-out berth, fabrication bays, blasting & painting cells, manpower, materials, and equipment, to ensure productive operations.
Coordinate with Project Planners, maintenance team and various departments to align resources with multiple projects requirements and timelines.
Monitor the usage of large assets and resources to ensure high utilization rates, identifying prospects to improve efficiency or reassign resources as needed.
Collaborate closely with project managers, production teams, and department heads to align resource plans with project milestones and requirements.
Maintain accurate records of resource allocation and utilization, documenting asset schedules, shifts in allocation, and reasons for reassignments
