Operation Head

We are seeking an experienced Operation Head to lead and oversee all operational aspects of our smart metering initiatives in Delhi. The successful candidate will drive project implementation, manage supply chain and material logistics, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure regulatory compliance while fostering a high-performance team. This role requires a deep understanding of meter hardware analysis, quality management, and performance monitoring to deliver reliable and productive metering solutions.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project implementation for smart metering deployments, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
Develop and maintain robust supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and vendor relations.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align operational goals with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Drive team development initiatives, including training, performance reviews, and succession planning.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and industry best practices.




Oversee material management, ensuring optimal stock levels and efficient use of resources.
Implement quality management systems to guarantee product and service excellence.
Conduct detailed meter hardware analysis to identify improvement prospects and support product development.
Monitor operational performance metrics, analyze trends, and recommend corrective actions to enhance efficiency.

Requirements
10 to 16 years of progressive experience in operations management within the smart metering or utilities sector.
Proven expertise in smart metering technologies and project implementation.
Robust background in supply chain management, material logistics, and vendor coordination.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and navigate regulatory frameworks.
Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
Solid knowledge of quality management principles and performance monitoring techniques.
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
