Rate Negotiation: Ability to effectively communicate, secure, and finalize profitable rates with contacts.
Account Management: Proven skill in maintaining, updating, and managing a dedicated list of business accounts.
Outbound Communication: Robust tele-calling etiquette for qualified business-to-business (B2B) phone conversations.
Data Management: High accuracy in logging rate updates, contact details, and account status in Excel or CRM software.
Sourcing & Procurement: Ability to act as a company liaison to gather and compare market pricing data.

Soft Skills & Attributes
Verbal Communication: Clear, confident, and professional spoken English (and any required local languages).
Relationship Building: Excellence in building trust and rapport with contacts on behalf of the company.
Active Listening: Ability to understand client or vendor needs and respond strategically during phone calls.




Problem-Solving: Robust critical thinking skills to handle rate objections and handle account issues calmly.
Time Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple account callbacks and deadlines daily.

Experience & Qualifications
Education: Graduate or Diploma holder in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in tele-calling, inside sales, customer service, or operations support, accounting, tally.
Tools: Basic proficiency with Tally, accounting software, MS Office, specifically Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Jaipur, Rajasthan (Jaipur)
