Experience Required: 10+ Years (Oracle Fusion SCM Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Oracle Fusion SCM track and serve as the primary functional SME for Supply Chain processes.
Manage and guide a team of SCM consultants in an AMS (Application Management Services) engagement.
Drive incident, service request, problem management, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to provide functional solutions and ensure adherence to SLA commitments.
Support governance meetings, status reporting, and client communications.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud, including:
Inventory Management
Procurement
Order Management
Cost Management
Supply Chain execution processes
Proven experience leading Oracle Fusion AMS engagements.
Good understanding of ITSM processes; ServiceNow experience preferred.
Knowledge of Oracle Fusion latest capabilities including:




Redwood User Experience (UX)
Embedded AI
Oracle AI Agents
Solid stakeholder management, leadership, and team mentoring skills.
Ability to drive issue resolution, manage priorities, and ensure delivery excellence.
Oracle Fusion SCM certifications.
Experience working with global support teams and client-facing AMS engagements.
Exposure to quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, testing, and adoption of recent Fusion features.
