Role Description
This is a full time in office role as an Operations Manager at Selfspin. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our bike vehicle rental service in Bengaluru. This includes managing manpoer, hubs, vehicle availability, ensuring their maintenance and cleanliness, managing bookings without delay , and providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Qualifications
Robust organizational and multitasking skills.
Hands on On Excel. Leading team meetings. Ground Staff Trainings.
Coordinating with Vendors, Planning Ground Staff Rosters, Immediate Reporting Escalations.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Experience in Automotive or operations or logistics management.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Manage & track inventory proactively.
Familiarity with the local transportation industry in Bengaluru.
