Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of projects by coordinating efforts between the business and IT teams. Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
Develop and maintain project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
Lead project kick-off meetings and ensure all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.

Stakeholder Communication:

Team Coordination:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and quality assurance specialists.

Conduct regular team meetings to assess progress and address any challenges.
Quality Assurance:
Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet the specified requirements.
Conduct thorough testing and validation before project milestones are reached.

Qualifications:
Master/Bachelor's degree.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in a similar role.
Robust understanding of business processes and IT systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
PMP certification is a plus.
