Role & responsibilities
Manage commercial projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
Oversee interior works, including design coordination, material selection, and installation supervision.
Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must have experience in MEP execution for commercial projects (turnkey projects).
Robust understanding of HVAC systems, electrical installations, plumbing fixtures & fittings.
Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
