Position: Preschool Teacher

Location: OMBR Layout, Bengaluru

Experience: 1–4 years preferred

We are looking for a passionate, caring and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our team at Maple Bear Canadian Preschool, OMBR Layout.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences for young children.
Create a warm, secure and stimulating classroom workplace.
Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive and physical development.
Implement the Maple Bear curriculum effectively through play-based and experiential learning.
Observe and document children’s learning and progress.
Maintain positive communication with parents and the school team.
Participate actively in school events, celebrations, training and career development.
Ensure classroom routines, safety and hygiene standards are consistently maintained.





What We’re Looking For
Graduate with a relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education / Montessori / NTT / B.Ed. / equivalent.
Prior experience in a preschool or kindergarten setting is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine love for working with young children.
Creative, energetic, patient and responsible.
Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
