Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production In-Charge with robust hands-on experience in iron ore mining operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day production activities, ensuring planned production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and within operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, supervise, and monitor daily mining and production operations.
Achieve production targets while maintaining quality and operational efficiency.
Coordinate with mining, geology, dispatch, maintenance, and safety teams.
Ensure compliance with DGMS, IBM,



statutory, and company safety requirements.
Monitor manpower, machinery, excavation, loading, and material handling activities.
Maintain production reports, records, and daily operational data.
Identify operational issues and implement timely corrective measures.

Candidate Profile Experience: Proven experience in iron ore mining production, preferably in a supervisory/management role. Solid leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills are required

Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
