We are looking for an energetic and technically inclined Product Specialist Sales Support who can support sales activities, conduct product demonstrations, interact with clients and distributors, and handle basic technical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations for clients and distributors.
Support sales through regular client follow-ups and assist in closing prospects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributor networks.
Troubleshoot basic software/system errors or technical issues during client meetings and demonstrations.
Travel extensively (approximately 90%) for client meetings, distributor visits, trade shows, and product demonstrations.




Collect customer feedback and share relevant insights with the product development team.

Requirements
12 years of experience in Technical Sales, Product Demonstration, Pre-Sales, Sales Support, or a similar client-facing role.
Excellent written and verbal English communication; verbal proficiency in Hindi.
Valuable presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Solid technical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
Comfortable handling clients and troubleshooting issues under pressure.
Must be willing to travel approximately 90% of the time.
Candidates based in Mumbai or Bangalore are preferred.
