Job Location : Kannur

Department : Learning & Development myG is looking for an energetic and knowledgeable Product Trainer to join our Learning & Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training sales staff and brand promoters across Kerala on mobile phones, consumer electronics, and related products. This role focuses on improving product knowledge, sales capability, and customer experience through effective training programs.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Development
Develop and deliver engaging product training programs for sales teams and brand promoters.
Prepare training materials, presentations, demos, and e-learning content.
Conduct classroom sessions, practical demonstrations, and on-floor training across stores in Kerala.

Product Knowledge
Stay updated on the latest mobile phones, gadgets, and consumer electronics.
Continuously update training content based on new product launches and technology trends.

Performance & Evaluation
Assess trainee understanding through quizzes, evaluations, and feedback sessions.
Monitor staff performance and identify product knowledge gaps.
Provide coaching and support to improve sales effectiveness.

Coordination & Reporting




Coordinate training schedules with store managers and regional teams.
Maintain records of training sessions, attendance, and feedback.
Prepare reports on training effectiveness and improvement areas.

Requirements
Proven experience in product training, sales training, or retail training.
Robust knowledge of mobile phones and consumer electronics.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to travel across Kerala for training sessions.
Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable using PowerPoint, multimedia tools, and e-learning platforms.
