Taking Care of Production, Production Planning.
Managing or handling Shift of Production or playing role of Shift In charge.
To sort out various design issues in Design Review meeting.
Assist Production Head in day to day production activity including planning and execution.
Reduction of rework at manufacturing stages due to human error & design error (to some extent).
Monitor manufacturing stages including core assembly, winding, resin casting, oil filling, drying, and final assembly.
Preparing & maintaining all production document.
Plan and execute production schedules to meet daily and monthly targets.
Coordinate with quality and testing teams to ensure defect-free production




Manage work discipline & productive industrial relationship with harmony.
Maintained process discipline and ensured adherence to safety protocols.

Key skill Knowledge of toroidal core and wound core manufacturing is preferred.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
