Function Quality Assurance / Quality Control

Experience 2–10 years

Qualification Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Polymer / Rubber Engineering preferred.

Industrial rubber / Automotive & engineering component manufacturing/polymer/Plastic

Job Purpose

Manage and support incoming, in-process and final quality, customer complaints, corrective actions, quality documentation and continuous improvement in a manufacturing workplace.

Key Responsibilities

· Incoming, in-process and final inspection

· Customer complaints and 8D/CAPA

· 5 Why/Fishbone/root-cause analysis

· PPAP/APQP/FMEA/SPC/MSA exposure

· Quality KPI, rejection and rework monitoring

· Internal/customer/certification audit support





· Quality documentation and ERP entries

· Kaizen, 5S and defect reduction

Must-Have Criteria

· 2–10 years manufacturing quality experience

· Automotive/auto component/rubber/polymer preferred

· Customer complaint and corrective-action exposure

· Working knowledge of quality tools

· Solid documentation and coordination

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
