Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Production Planner to take responsibility for end-to-end production planning and coordination across the manufacturing unit. The candidate should ensure timely production, optimum resource utilization, and on-time delivery of orders.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans as per order requirements.
Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, Sourcing, Stores, QC, Packaging, and Dispatch teams.
Monitor production targets, progress, delays, and OTD.
Ensure timely availability of materials, manpower, and production capacity.
Identify production bottlenecks and take corrective actions.
Monitor productivity, wastage, rejection, and machine utilization.




Prepare daily production reports and MIS for management.
Ensure production schedules are aligned with shipment deadlines.
Improve production efficiency and optimize resources.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality, and safety standards.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in Production Planning / PPC / Production Management.
Experience in Glass, Home Décor, Hardgoods, or Export Manufacturing preferred.
Robust knowledge of production planning, capacity planning, and OTD.
Valuable command of MS Excel and reporting.
Robust coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹10,960.13 - ₹42,984.28 per month
