Responsibilities:

Responsible for
Preparation of pending order list.
Preparation of manufacturing schedule
Preparation of Bill Material.
Issue production plan in coordination with Sales & Production.
To plan production facilities in the best possible manner along with the proper systematic planning of production activities.
Raw material planning & procurement.
Checking Machining schedules with In-house/Vendors, Procurement of

Bought outs with Purchase Dept.
Involves cost estimation, work measurement, subcontracting, capacity planning and demand forecasting etc
External and internal Audit activities

Requisite Skills
Proven track record in Production department. It must include 5 years of

“on the floor” supervisory experience.
Production Scheduling & Machine Planning.
Ability to communicate & manage with TPI audit team.
Working knowledge of ERP & MS – Office
