Role Summary: -
Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in fabrication,
machining, or assembly operations.
Preferably experienced in the electronics manufacturing field or a related production or operational setting.

Ability to monitor production performance to ensure adherence to quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
Effective in cross-functional coordination with quality,

Knowledge of process optimization, safety standards, and continuous improvement practices.
Required to support company-level production planning,
