Job Title: Relationship Manager

Job Summary: The Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining solid relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs, promoting suitable banking products, and achieving sales and service targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Acquire recent customers through referrals and leads.
Cross-sell banking products such as CASA, loans, insurance, FD & RD
Provide financial solutions based on customers' needs.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Resolve customer queries and ensure excellent service.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow compliance guidelines.
Regularly follow up with existing customers to strengthen relationships.
Required Skills:
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.




Sales and negotiation abilities.
Customer-focused approach.
Problem-solving and relationship management skills.
Basic knowledge of banking products and financial services.

Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline.
1–5 years of experience in banking, sales, or customer relationship management (depending on the role).

Preferred Experience:
Experience in retail banking, BFSI sales, or customer relationship management.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
